Using our low-moisture quick drying process we can comfortably tell you 1 to 2 hours, minimizing down time in your facility. Q. Why do these stains keep reappearing? A. Wick back. As carpet dries it will tend to wick the stain from the bottom of the carpet back up to the top. Since we use a deep cleaning quick drying process, wick back is virtually eliminated. Q. How often should my carpets be cleaned? A. Industry standards are at least once a year for a thorough cleaning. High traffic areas often require cleaning on a quarterly or even a monthly basis.
